DALLAS, TX - A panel of linguistics experts from SIL (Summer Institute for Linguistics), the leading linguistics center in America, have concluded that the word “cunt” is the “fuck” of the 21st Century.

“In the 20th Century, the word ‘fuck’ (or, the ‘f-word’ as it was also known) was the big no-no,” said Lawrence Tackerson, Chief Linguistics Officer. “But now everyone throws ‘fuck’ around without a care in the world. It lacks its previous strength and purpose. That’s why we’ve decided that the word ‘cunt’ (or the ‘c-word’ as it is now known) has stolen the spotlight from ‘fuck’.”

In a recent poll, “cunt” slapped “fuck” like a bitch, getting a 4-to-1 vote in its favor as being the most vulgar word in the English language.

Vulgar word runners-up were “pussy”, “cocksucker”, and “Dr. Phil”.
